PGCERT (DENT IMP)
& PGDIP (DENT IMP) PROGRAMS
The Postgraduate Certificate in Implant Dentistry award and the Postgraduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry award are part-time programs of 12 or more months duration (exact length depends on the candidate's Module 4 Clinical Cases completion). The qualification is accredited by the regulated UK awarding body, EduQual and is aligned with the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), allowing use of the postnominals PGCert (Imp Dent).

This program is suited for beginners in implant dentistry and is provided by the Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology (UK) in delivery partnership with The Implant Institute (Aus). Our program allows dentists to PGCert (Dent Imp) or PGDip (Dent Imp) (UK) award whilst undertaking full time clinical practice, with an option of a 1-year MSc (Dent Imp) extension for qualifying candidates.

The program utilises a blend of online theory and contact practical classes to provide part-time education and qualification opportunities with reduced disruption to your practice. For the Clinical Cases module, delegates will perform cases on their own patients under the supervision of a Tutor or Accredited Local Mentor, unless they have obtained exemption for supervision under our APEL scheme.
