It is not intended for the general public, although some information on this site may be of interest to the general public. As such, Terms of this website refer to both dental professionals and viewers from the general public. The information provided on this site, including on its forums, is for educational and informational purposes only. In no way should it be considered as offering legal advice, medical advice, treatment advice or any related advice. Where there is reference to medical, surgical or dental products, instrumentation, equipment or procedures, we specifically disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Website includes an interactive portion that allows users to submit information and materials. Users shall not provide copyrighted or other proprietary information without permission from the owner of such material or rights and shall be solely responsible for any damages resulting from such disclosures. Where clinical or patient diagnostic, planning or treatment images are posted by professionals in the Members Forum(s), the Member/poster should be sure that they have the permission of the subject of such images (usually a dental patient), and that no images are used that may identify the person receiving treatment (Patient) without their express permission. Users shall be solely responsible for obtaining such permission and agree to indemnify The Implant Institute, MH Dental Services Pty Ltd, and Dr Misagh Habibi and related entitites for any claim that information or materials submitted by you infringe any third-party intellectual property right. You grant The Implant Institute a nonexclusive license to use, copy, edit, modify, transmit, distribute and to create a derivative work of any information or material submitted by you through the Website or its Forum(s).


7. Privacy Policy

You providing us with personal information indicates that you have had sufficient opportunity to access the policy and contact us, and that you have read and accepted the policy.  If you do not agree to the policy, please do not provide us with personal information. This policy forms part of the Website Terms of Use, which can be accessed on the Website. 

We may collect personal information from you in the course of our business, including if you input personal information on the Website or otherwise provide personal information to us. This may include your name, address, phone number, email address, professional degrees and experience in dentistry, and other personal information. 

We may conduct surveys or market research to seek your opinion and feedback.

8. Member Conduct
If you use or subscribe to a service of The Implant Institute, such as training programs, workshops, mentorships, email, bulletin board or community (a “Member Service”), all communications, information, data, text, music, sound, graphics, messages and other material (the “Content”) are your responsibility and you are responsible for all Content that you upload, post, transmit, email or otherwise distribute via the Member Service. The Implant Institute is not responsible for the consequences of the Content posted via the Member Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Member Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive or objectionable. In no event will The Implant Institute be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content uploaded, posted, transmitted, emailed or otherwise made available via the Member Service. In cases where you feel threatened or believe someone else is in danger, you should contact your local law enforcement agency immediately. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 000 immediately.
In consideration of being allowed to use the Member Service, you agree to not use the Member Service to:

  1. Violate applicable local, state, national, or international laws;

  2. Post, upload, email, transmit or otherwise distribute any Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others;

  3. Post, upload, email, transmit or otherwise distribute any Content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person or entity as determined by The Implant Institute in its sole discretion;

  4. Harm minors in any way;

  5. Posting advertisements or solicitations of business;

  6. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Member Service;

  7. Post, upload, email, transmit or otherwise distribute chain letters, pyramid schemes, unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam;

  8. Impersonate another person or stalk or otherwise harass another person;

  9. Post, upload, email, transmit or otherwise distribute viruses or other harmful computer code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the use of any computer software or hardware;

  10. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their identification for posting or viewing comments; consent;

  11. Allow any other person or entity to use your identification for posting or viewing comments

  12. Interfere with or disrupt the Member Service or computers, networks or other hardware connected to the Member Service, or disregard any requirements or policies of networks connected to the Member Service;

  13. Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Member Service, or which, in the judgment of The Implant Institute, exposes it or any of its customers, subscribers, sponsors or suppliers to any liability or detriment of any type.


We may (but are not obligated to) do any or all of the following:

  1. Record or pre-screen the dialogue in public chat rooms.

  2. Investigate an allegation that a communication(s) do(es) not conform to the terms of this section and determine in its sole discretion to remove or request the removal of the Content.

  3. Remove Content which is abusive, objectionable, illegal, or disruptive, or that otherwise fail to conform with these Terms of Use.

  4. Terminate your access to any or all Member Services upon any breach of these Terms of Use.

You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. You acknowledge, consent and agree that The Implant Institute may investigate your use of the Member Service in order to determine whether a violation of the Terms of Use has occurred or to comply with any applicable law, regulation, governmental request or legal process.

9. Acceptance Procedure

By accessing materials on our Website(s) or registering for any of our programs or forums, you agree with all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement from time to time, and your continuing use of our Website(s) constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to any changed terms and conditions.

10. Faculty qualifications and specialisation - The Director, Mentors/Tutors and faculty of The Implant Institute are registered as general dentists, (not specialists in oral surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery, prosthodontics or periodontics). They have additional postgraduate training and/or postgraduate university qualifications in oral implantology and extensive professional development and experience in the surgical and dental procedures they perform and teach. More extensive information about their professional qualifications, awards and appointments can be found in their biographies on this website.

11. Terms and conditions on program attendance, dates, changes and flight/accommodation bookings.

  • PGCert Program: Dates for PGCert Program modules are definite and secure. You may book your flights and accomodation well in advance for Module 2.

  • Training & Workshop Programs: The Implant Institute may cancel scheduled courses up to thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start of the course if certain attendance minimums are not met. If you are travelling for these programs, you may chose to await confirmation prior to booking flights and accommodation, or alternatively book exchangeable flights and accommodation. The Implant Institute is not responsible for reimbursing prepaid (including non-refundable) customer travel costs. 

  • Mentorship Programs: Mentorship solutions have no defined dates and can be commenced with our Tutors at any time to suit you. One on one residencies are arranged at a date to suit you and the Tutor.

  • Images & Marketing: By registering for a program, you agree that visual material from the program may be used for promotional purposes. Please state any objections to this by separate written notification to The Implant Institute.
