Our Tutors are either Masters of Oral Implantology, Dental Specialists, Graduate Diploma holders or leaders/KOLs in the field. Most importantly, they are selected as skilled practitioners who are generous mentors and teachers, befitting of our motto: Accessibility and Excellence in Implantology Education. The experience, guidance and supervision of your Tutor is instrumental to your progress as an implant dentist on a strong foundation. From consultation and guidance with your treatment planning of a case, through to holding your hand through surgery, prosthetic design and patient case management, even our experienced students find they raise their standards of care.

DR NAMITA GUPTA (NSW)

Clinical Tutor & Lecturer

Dr Namita Gupta qualified from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Honours in 2004, and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentisty (Oral Implants) in 2009. She has worked in private practice for the past 17 years, and currently owns and operates 3 multi-chair private dental practices in the Sydney metro and NSW regional areas. Her clinical practice is largely restricted to Oral Implant, Cosmetic and Complex Rehabilitation cases.

Dr Namita Gupta is currently a member of the planning committee, lecturer and examiner for the Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants) at the University of Sydney. She has presented at various industry continuing education events, such as the ADA NSW and Dentsply Sirona. She runs an Implant mentorship program for associate dentists in collaboration with Geitslich Pharma and Dentsply Sirona, training dentists in socket preservation techniques, and surgical and restorative concepts. With the mentorship program she delivers and facilitates lectures, treatment planning and case discussions, and practical case execution and mentorship. She has also worked as a Clinical Tutor at the University of Sydney.

DR EDWARD JH LEE (VIC)

Dr Lee has undertaken a Master of Oral Implantology at Goethe University. He has been actively involved in CPD provision to dentists as CEO of Dental Influence, running Wisdom Teeth Extraction & Implant Courses with Dr.YoungSam Kim. He has undertaken training opportunities in varied advanced dental and implantology courses, and is passionate about mentoring young dentists.

DR ANAND PATEL (NT)

Clinical Tutor

Dr Anand Patel graduated from Adelaide University as a dentist in 1996. In 2008, he gained his Master of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics (with distinction) from Kings College with the dissertation “Comparison of Immediate, Early, Delayed and Progressive loading of Dental Implants: a review of philosophy, evidence, guiding factors, implant designs and principles of loading.” Further he gained his Master of Oral Implantology from Frankfurt in 2015, his thesis topic being "Viability of the ONE ACT (One abutment one crown at one time) concept in the restoration of the single tooth implant: A pilot study”. The term “ONE ACT" term was coined as part of the thesis. Anand is in private practice in the Northern Territory, carrying out multiple aspects of complex dentistry.

Specialist Prosthodontist

Ben completed his undergraduate dental training with honours in Sydney, moving back to Adelaide to commence private practice. He subsequently completed a Prosthodontics residency at The University of Adelaide in 2014, graduating with a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry and immediately registering as a Specialist Prosthodontist. He regularly lectures both domestically and overseas throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas. Ben is a member of various professional bodies, including the ITI, the Australia and New Zealand Academy of Prosthodontists and is the immediate past-President for the Australian Prosthodontic Society in South Australia. He also serves as a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) at industry level consulting as a product evaluator for a number of dental companies. 


Ben currently maintains two busy referral-based, specialist prosthodontic practices almost 1,500km apart: one in Adelaide and the other in Hobart. Time permitting, he enjoys the educational aspects of prosthodontics, mentoring local undergrads and newly graduated dentists. Ben has a long term interest in the digital aspects of prosthodontics and their applications to complex aesthetic rehabilitation and implant dentistry.

DR HILLEL NEW (VIC)

Dr. Hillel New graduated from the University of Melbourne Dental School in 1991. Hillel has worked from his practice “CDIC” (Cosmetic Dental and Implant Centre) in Malvern, for the past 24 years.

Hillel’s interest in Implant Dentistry began early on in his career with his formal training in 1997 at the Branemark Centre in Perth (WA) under the guise of Prof. Patrik Henry. Since then he has travelled far and wide for advanced surgical training to the Branemark Centres in Goteburg and Hong Kong. Hillel’s enthusiastic attitude to Continuing Education has seen him also attend countless surgery training workshops both locally and overseas – including a vertical bone grafting program in Vienna (Austria), and a University of Bern (Switzerland) Implant Master’s course run by Prof. Daniel Buser. He has also been involved in training and education programs with Prof. Nicholas Lang and Prof. Bjani Pjetursson.

Here in Australia, Hillel has been involved in educating Australian dentists in implant surgical and prosthetic skills for the past 13 years. He first began teaching for Nobel Biocare in 2005 when he ran several successful mentor programs and he has delivered full day lectures and ‘hands on’ training programs up and down the Australian Eastern Seaboard. Hillel has lectured and/or demonstrated for other internationally renowned Implant manufacturers: Straumann, 3M, 3I, Ivoclar and Southern Implants as well as the ITI.

Hillel receives patient referrals from dentists across Victoria and Australia for implant treatments. His practice is one of 6 ‘All On 4 Clinics’ in Australia and he is a founding partner of “Facelab Clinics” where facial & skin rejuvenation treatments are used to enhance and augment the beautiful smiles he creates.

DR CHRISTIAN BLASCHKE (NZ)

Dr Christian Blaschke competed his training as a dentist with a postgraduate degree (Doctorate) at the Prosthodontic Department at Justus-Liebig University in Germany, and sat examinations for BDS-equivalancy qualification in Aus/NZ (NZDREX). He has worked in private practice in Germany, Australia and New Zealand, much of his clinical practice over the years being limited to dental implants. He is a Professional Practice Fellow, Oral surgery/oral diagnostics and oral rehabilitation, University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand. Dr Blaschke has been published in Quintessence Journal of Dental Technology, Endocrinology Letters and the International Journal of Implant Dentistry, with research interests including zirconia implants and socket shield technique. He has spoken at multiple international conferences including in Australia, Indonesia, Germany and New Zealand. Christian is a KOL for TRI Implants, Switzerland.

Dr Matthew Casey graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1999 with Honours after considerable education in the Bachelor of Science degree before transferring to the Dental program.  Early in his training he received the Alan Docking Memorial Prize for excellence in Dental Materials Science and in his final year he received full private laboratory sponsorship to excel in Fixed Prosthodontics. In 1999, Dr Casey commenced full time private practice and was soon established as one of the leading general practitioners in Townsville, North Queensland.  Dr Casey has undergone extensive professional development in the areas of implant dentistry, orthodontics and complex rehabilitation. This includes a PGradDip (Orthodontics) Certificate in 2015 (EODO) and a mini residency program in Prosthodontics in Brisbane, 2009. His first formal implant training was completed at the Brener Institute for advanced dental studies in Sydney 2008, followed by the Master clinician program in Oral Implantology with the gIDE education centre and Loma Linda University 2017. He has sought further advanced surgical training in residencies and courses with Dr Radoslaw Jadach, Dr Ricardo Kern and Dr Ehab Moussa.  He has also completed numerous courses in aesthetic dentistry and is passionate about incorporating modern technologies. Most importantly, Dr Casey is an interactive and passionate educator and very effective mentor to dental colleagues. His teaching experience includes live surgical teaching to dentist delegates at the Restorative IMPLANT Practice EXCELLENCE (RIPE) Live Surgery programs.

DR FARSHAD MONSHIZADEH (WA)

Clinical Tutor & Lecturer


Farshad is an engaging tutor who draws experience from training and experience in diverse aspects of implantology. He began his journey in implantology with completion of the full Brener Institute program, and has achieved a Master of Oral Implantology from Goethe University Frankfurt. He is Diplomate and Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and is a member of the RACDS. Farshad is an OSCE Examiner at our Practical Skills Week for the PGCert (Dent Imp) program for the Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology. He is a keen and accomplished fisherman and when not placing implants, is spotted in remote and secret locations reeling in jaw-dropping catches.

James is a skilled dental implantologist with over 20 years of clinical experience & having placed & restored over 5000 dental implants. With implants as his professional focus, he has achieved a Postgraduate degree in Dental Implantology and undertaken extensive training internationally. James is a trustee Practical Skills Week tutor and OSCE examiner for our PGCert (Dent Imp) program with Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology.

Fred is a general dental practitioner in the Brisbane region with a focus on implant and reconstructive dentistry. He has attended extensive courses on advanced implant grafting techniques, holds a Masters of Clinical Dentistry in Implants from Griffith University, and is a Fellow of the ICOI.

Dr Leo Lander graduated as a dentist in 2005 and completed his post-graduate degree as a specialist periodontist in 2016 at the University of Otago (New Zealand).


Leo’s main focus is to provide patients with a healthy smile, which can’t be maintained without a healthy periodontium. He believes teeth, as a natural organ is preferable to an artificial replacement, however sometimes missing teeth need to be replaced with implant retained prosthesis. It is his job as a periodontist to assist with developing the potential implantation sites and placing the implants where they are required from the restorative perspective.


Leo also completed several years of international training in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. Therefore, he can provide lateral window sinus floor augmentation, hard tissue augmentation and biopsies based on specialised expertise.

DR SRAVAN CHUNDURU (SA)

Sravan qualified as a dentist in Adelaide and spent several years working in rural Victoria before completing a specialisation in prosthodontics at the University of Sydney. He has practiced in public hospital, private and university settings. Sravan's specialist practice is now in Adelaide CBD and he also works at the Adelaide Dental Hospital part time as a consulting specialist prosthodontist.


Sravan has an interest in managing patients with failing or no teeth, removable dentures and planning of dentures or implants. He also has an interest in managing patients with complex oral needs, congenital or acquired oral defects such as cleft-lip and palate or oral cancer. 


Sravan was a committee member for the NSW branch, and current committee member of the SA branch of the Australian Prosthodontic Society which runs regular continuing education evenings for dentists and specialists. He enjoys keeping himself up to date with the latest evidence-based advances in prosthodontics. Sravan also lectured and provided clinical tutoring to dental students at the University of Sydney in the field of prosthodontics prior to his relocation to Adelaide. 


Sravan enjoys photography, watching movies, cycling and exploring food and dining venues.

DR ANDREW SEE (NSW)

Dr Andrew See completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Honours from the University of Sydney in 2003 and then went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Implantology from Charles Sturt University and a Masters Degree with Distinction in Aesthetic Dentistry through the prestigious King’s College London. 


Dr See has completed his Fellowship by primary and secondary examination for The Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS) achieving numerous commendations for outstanding performance. He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI) and he was also awarded Membership into the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners through the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MFGDP).


His private practice in Sydney is focused primarily on aesthetic rehabilitation, dental implantology and hard and soft tissue grafting using the latest techniques learnt extensively from around the world.

He is one of Australia’s leading dental photographers. Of late, he was awarded 2020 Top 50 Top Emerging Photographers and he was awarded in 2019 Top 100 in the competitive Open/Illustrative category in the Australian Photography Awards.

DR DAVID ATTIA (NSW)

Dr. David Attia completed his undergraduate training at Griffith University, Queensland. Following graduation, Dr. Attia completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics through the City of London Dental School and is now a clinical instructor for dentists completing the program through EODO, Australia. Dr. Attia’s passion for surgery led him to complete a Master’s in Oral Implantology through Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. David’s Master’s dissertation focused on a novel approach in full-arch implant rehabilitations and he presented his research at the 6th Annual Congress of Innovation Jumps in Oral Implantology. Dr. Attia has also presented on the importance of clinical documentation and comprehensive treatment planning, and the soft tissue management around implants both locally and abroad. David is also involved in live surgical training of dentists looking to begin their journey in dental implantology. Among others, he is an active member of the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry (ASID) and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and has completed his fellowship with the ICOI. Dr. Attia thoroughly enjoys the multi-disciplinary approach to dentistry. David’s unique combination of education and training, and eye for detail, allows him to implement cutting-edge treatment, offering patients comprehensive, predictable and long-term treatment solutions. David is passionate about learning and teaching, and has travelled extensively to learn from many of the best in the discipline. His enthusiasm and knowledge comes through in his effective mentoring of colleagues in implantology.

Dr Andrew Firgaira completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Adelaide, before moving to the Gold Coast to work in 2005. He has obtained a Masters degree in Clinical Dentistry (Dental Implants) from Griffith University in 2012, and has further attended numerous professional development courses in advanced dental implantology, as well as orthodontics and cosmetics. Much of Andrew's clinical practice is focused on dental implants and associate surgeries. He runs multiple dental practices and is an Associate of All On 4 Clinic Australia.
