PG CERT (DENT IMP) QUALIFICATION PROGRAM, COMMENCING JANUARY (2020, 2021)

COURSE FORMAT, DELIVERY & DATES

The Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Implantology is a formal postgraduate qualification from the Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology (CAofDI), approved by the globally recognised regulated UK awarding body, EduQual. It allows for continuation of studies toward our Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Implantology, or PGDip (Dent Imp).

The Implant Institute, based in Perth, is proud to be CAofDI's Australia delivery partner.

Successful completion of the program and graduation from CAofDI allows use of the letters PGCert (Dent Imp) after your name. Alternatively you can continue your study further, towards the PGDip (Dent Imp) qualification.

This blended learning program provides training aimed at dentists who wish to undertake comprehensive didactic learning consisting of theoretical, practical and clinical components, with little, moderate or no level of previous experience in dental implantology.

The Online Theory component of the course is delivered via our dedicated Canvas Learning Management System.

In the online theory program, sessions are delivered weekly.  Assessment is by weekly coursework, end of module essays and OSCEs at the Practical Skills Week, prior to tutored and supervised clinical case requirements.
